André Kertész is one of those photographers that may not be that well known in the general public, but he’s quite well known among those interested in photography. He has been called “one of the fathers of photojournalism and street photography.”
Nikon 35mm f/1.8G
This is about as close to a nifty fifty you can get on Nikon DX. The Nikon AF-S DX Nikkor 35mm f/1.8G is a wonderful little lens. It’s sharp, focuses fast and produces lovely colors. That it doesn’t cost a fortune is obviously also a good thing.

Mellomässa
Melodifestivalen is a big deal in Sweden. It means The melody festival, and is Swedens competition for the song that will be our contender in the Eurovision song contest. Mello has become the short form of Melodifestivalen and mässa i mass.
