I took the Nikon D80, 24mm and the dog for a walk this morning. Weather was nothing special, but I tried to do the most of it. In fact, it was still really chilly, probably one or two below zero. The dog liked it though, she’s snoozing quietly on the sofa beside me.

Nikon AF-S DX 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5G IF-ED
This is a rather nice lens, and it is really cheap. It sits on my D80 most of the time, which makes sense, since it does not support autofocus on the D5500. If you have a compatible camera, and you can find this lens for a good price, go for it.
Nikon D80 in Hudiksvall
I’ve been wanting (certainly not needing) an old Nikon DSLR for quite some time. Many years ago I used to have a D90, then a D300, and now I’ve been wanting something like that again. So, when a D80 presented itself at a good price, I got it.
Photos for a music video
Some years ago, I shot some black and white photos of a family of refugees for a music video.

Ultuna
Today I was at our office at Ultuna, Uppsala. We don’t go there too often, but today the regional board was meeting there, so those of us in the staff that could were invited to come to the office to see them.
