I’ve summed up 2024, but what about 2025?
Month: December 2024
My photographic year 2024
It’s been an interesting year for me photographically. 2024 meant a restart for me photographiclly, from having been more or less dormant for years, to becoming something I really put an effort into.
Church 2024 in pictures
Now that 2024 is coming to a close, I thought it might be a good idea to look back over the year and highlight some photos I’ve taken in church and at various other church activities.
Service in Kumla church
Today we celebrated in Kumla church. It was the last time in church for me this year, 2024.
Nikon Z 24-200mm f/4-6.3
I’m hoping this will be one of the main lenses on my Nikon Z5, and early shooting seems to indicate that can become true.
A favorite photographer: Alys Tomlinson
It seems I write this for every new post in this category, but Alys Tomlinson is really a new name for me.
Mist
Today, we had mist all day long. I took some shots while driving to the store, and took the dog for a walk in the woods.
Early service on Christmas day
Today, we went to the “Julotta”, as it is called in Swedish, an early church service on Christmas day.
One of my old schools
Today, we visited Västerås, where I grew up, and we took a short walk around one of my old schools.
A favorite photographer: Claude Dityvon
Claude Dityvon was unknown to me, until recently. After getting to know him and his photography, I must say he’s become one of my all-time favorites.
