As photographers, we love the early and late light, that golden shine that wraps around the landscape. But what about overcasts days?
I’ve often felt that overcast days are underrated for photography. The evenness of the light is great, and it can create a rather moody feel to the shots.
But overcast days can be a bit boring if you want to include the sky, which then is solid white och gray, no texture, no color. That’s a drawback of overcast days.
Alex Kilbee talks in this video about overcast days, and why they can be great for photography. And in a rare treat, Alex goes outside to photograph.
